SHIPPING POLICY
Processing times
All our jewelry is handmade to order. Please allow 2–7 business days for your order to be crafted before it is shipped. Custom or personalized orders may require additional time, which will be communicated to you during the order process.
Shipping options and times
Germany: Standard shipping (2–4 business days after dispatch).
International: Delivery times vary by location, typically 7–14 business days after dispatch.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Free shipping is available for orders over €250 within Germany and €300 internationally.
Customs and duties
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may apply to their order. Please check your country’s regulations before placing an order.

Eligibility for returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with EU regulations. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.
Exceptions
Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective. Due to the handmade nature of our jewelry, slight variations in appearance are normal and not considered defects.
Return Process
1. Email us at info@zolunajewelry.com within 14 days of receiving your item to initiate a return.
2. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on where to send your item.
3. Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at info@zolunajewelry.com with a photo of the issue. We will gladly offer a replacement or refund.
